As an agent you need to give yourself break from the technology and rest for a while.

Sometimes we our body is not well rested or it needs change, it gives us signals through such real estate burnouts. You feel drained and want to leave out to new pastures. In such times, consider taking a short leave. Go visit your parents or plan a trip you’re your friends or family. This will instill more energy into you and when you come back your burnout will be a goner.
